The dating rumor between BIGBANG's T.O.P and SM C&C actress Kim Gavin became a hot topic after a now-deleted photo of the two exhibiting sweetness was shared on the female celebrity's Instagram account.
Although Kim Gavin removed the alleged couple photo, Sina, a Chinese media outlet, has saved a screenshot of it and became a "proof" that the two have a romantic relationship. Aside from that, several more photos were interconnected and circulated on the web, giving strong hints that the two are dating.
Shortly after, their respective agencies released their statements.

According to MyDaily, SM C&C said, "We can't give a confirmation to the report. We are asking that you will understand us with this."
On behalf of T.O.P, his agency YG Entertainment expressed their side on the issue through Newsen, "We can't confirm the facts with regards to our artist's (T.O.P) personal life yet. We are looking forward that you will understand us on this."
Meanwhile, VIPs were shook and reacted in various ways through different social media platforms after the dating rumor came out. While some didn't expect such speculation to surface on the news, most of them are sending their approval between the rumored couple.
"TOP deserves to be happy. My VIP heart wants to see them building their own family and living a peaceful life," tweets one fan, also noting T.O.P's co-member Taeyang already settled down.
"Not HS3 related but Kim Gavin from Love Catcher 2 has a dating rumor with Bigbang's TOP omggg. It's not [confirmed] yet, but I'm happy for the both of them if it's true," another netizen said.

It will be recalled that the K-pop idol's rumored ex-girlfriend, Han Seo Hee, threw shades against T.O.P. The controversial post gathered a lot of hatred from VIPs.
