Suzy decided to share her eating habits a few years ago after she noticed her weight loss.

The diet includes sweet potato, chicken breast for breakfast and a glass of low-fat milk, a salad bowl with brown rice for lunch, and two sweet potatoes for dinner. The diet actually seems pretty trying to fill in terms of calories. Much of the diet plan seems somewhat dull but it's packed with healthy carbs and the protein required.

She shared practical suggestions on how she's dieting healthfully during the chat. The first is not to constantly track what celebrities are doing.

She goes on to say that you should find the best diet for your body because everyone is unique.

"The first one is important. don't follow whatever a celebrity does." 

Soyou also urged listeners to not measure themselves compulsively but instead use pictures to record transformation.

She also did remind listeners that one shouldn't postpone eating and exercise habits until the next day when challenging diets since that becomes a routine.

Rather, it would also be better to continue at your daily meal, as it eventually still has an impact on your body.
