Netizens have recently uncovered some pre-debut photos of IZ*ONE's Jang Wonyoung, and it proves she is flourishing beautifully.

For those who may not know who Jang Wonyoung is, she is IZ*ONE's maknae and center who won her place in the group after competing on Mnet's Produce 48, taking the first spot.

Now that that's covered, let's look at the photos through the years, shall we?

The first photo was from 2014 when Jang Wonyoung was only 10 (11 in Korean age) years old! Her big, doe-like eyes are radiating youthfulness, and her face still has some baby fat, making her extra more adorable! She is spotted holding two peace signs and rocking a reindeer headband, which means the photo was probably taken during the Christmas season.

Next, we have a photo from 2015, when Jang Wonyoung was 11 (12 in Korean age) years old. The idol has cheeks that just ready to be squeezed! She looks adorable in her purple zip-up hoodie. This photo seems to be taken from a video, though it is unknown which video the capture was taken from. 

The following photos are yearbook snaps from 2016, where she was 12 (13 years in Korean age) years old! She seems to have lost some baby fat and is already growing into the face she currently has. Of course, she still has that kiddie charm to her, smiling at the camera with innocence in her eyes. How cute! She won't look like this for long, though; in just a year, her looks will change drastically!

In 2017, she shed all her baby weight and looks like the Jang Wonyoung we all know now! Though only 13 (14 in Korean age) years old, you can tell she's already a giant in these photos. One year can truly change someone!

Fun fact: 2017 is the year Jang Wonyoung started training, and she had trained for a year and two months prior to debuting with IZ*ONE. This means that at the time these photos were taken, she was most likely already a trainee under Starship Entertainment. 

She was 15 (16 in Korean age) years old when she first appeared on Produce 48. Her looks have matured from the last year, and her jaw is more defined in comparison to the prior photos. Still, her bunny-like charm doesn't seem to fade!

Jang Wonyoung would maintain a high-ranking throughout the show, with viewers loving her stunning visuals. Many were also charmed by her youthful energy and how she wasn't afraid to joke around a laugh.

On top of that, netizens and fans applauded her amazing dance skills and soft, high-pitched voice. Despite being of above-average height, her dance lines stole people's breath away.
