After she collaborated with international singer and songwriter, Dua Lipa, in the song "Physical," MAMAMOO's Hwasa set the internet world afire after unveiling the first image teaser for her upcoming solo mini-album!

Based on her first real name, "María" is the title of Hwasa's debut solo album that is set for release on June 29. On June 15, MAMAMOO's official SNS confirmed the singer's forthcoming solo debut through an image teaser. MooMoos gushed over Hwasa's close-up photo with a serpent on her face, increasing their excitement about the concept of this release.

As expected, fans were in a frenzy on various social platforms upon learning Hwasa's solo project.

"OMG! The real queen is coming! It is going to be a sure blast. I am so excited for our HWASA," tweets one fan.

"I really think it is going to be fierce and something animalistic. LOL. Anyways, I am definitely can't wait for Hwasa to debut as a soloist soon. I can't be more proud," said another fan on Twitter.
