The famous South Korean idol group iKon members, Junhoe and Jinhwan, were injured after getting into a traffic accident on Namhae national highway.

According to the reports made by the Namhae Police station, on July 13th at 3:40 AM, the singers' van, which was headed towards Changhea-myeon from Sacheon, slid on the freeway hitting the roadside walls. The driver and iKon members Kim Jinhwan and Gu Junhoe, who were all on board the van, suffered minor injuries and were brought to the nearest hospital.

Currently, the idols' van driver is being investigated for drunk driving. The police said, "it was raining hard, which could've been the cause of slippery roads, but we are also looking at the possibility of drunk driving as we were informed that the driver might have been drinking before the accident happened."

Furthermore, YG Entertainment, which houses the group iKON has not yet made any official statements regarding the accident. Also, Junhoe and Jinhwan trends online as fans got worried about their situation.

Fans are also upset as to why YG Entertainment hasn't released any statements yet. They said it has already been more than 12 hours, but the company hasn't updated the fans on how the two singers are currently doing.

The most recent update about the idols was from a YG Entertainment staff. The staff said that fans need not worry too much as the idols are safe.
