Apink's Oh Hayoung's label, Play M Entertainment, announced that they will take a strong legal move against those malicious commenters of their artist.

According to the agency, as posted on Apink's official fan café, they were aware that several commenters have attacked Oh Hayoung. The comments include sexual harassment, personal attacks, and the spreading of false statements against the Apink member. Thus, they detailed their further action to address this issue. 

This is Play M Entertainment's official notice:

"Hello, this is Play M Entertainment. On the 19th of July, we discovered numerous cases of malicious remarks thrown towards Apink Oh Hayoung, which includes personal assaults, sexual harassment, and false statements. We have concluded the severity of the situation, as reported by fans and personal investigation of the matter. We will pursue in gathering information that could destroy or slander the artist," said Play M Entertainment.

"We will continue to accept reports from fans, and we look forward that followers will testify through fan email so that we thoroughly review and address these comments. We will continue to pursue stern actions to protect the rights and interests of our artists. We are aiming for your love and concern for Apink. Thank you," the agency added.

Recently, Oh Hayoung and other members of girl groups were dragged in the FC Rumor W soccer team controversy after claims made that the team was organized to "fraternize" with members of the men's team. With this, Hayoung and Sejeong of Gugudan shared their clarification messages about the issue and released their apologies for the confusion.

The star-studded lineup of the girl's soccer team includes TWICE's Jihyo and Mina, Apink's Oh Hayoung, EXID's Jeonghwa, Gugudan's Nayoung and Sejeong, actress Kim Sae Ron, model Kim Sa Rang, and a lot more. While this news exhibits the different side of the K-pop idols, unfortunately, hate came in.

Earlier, Oh Hayoung said on her SNS, "Hey, pandas! I have been reading some of the stuff sent to me, and I like to point out that members only interact within the team members and none from the outside team. I see it has accumulated concerns, and I want to clear things out that it is not a problem. I am caught off guard to receive a lot of malicious and sexually assaulting comments. I never heard some of these then. However, I do not want fans to be bothered. Therefore, I want to clarify the points that have caused misunderstanding. We have never met up anyone."

She went on, "We gather together for the fact that we love sports and competition. We are women's team composed of soccer lovers. We began playing because we like sweating it out and being shaped. I believe there has been a lot of misunderstanding and gossips. But again, I began learning because I would love to share to my fans that I am a genuine soccer player. I think some simply took the wrong idea of it."

Meanwhile, FC Rumor W's official Instagram page has since been switched to private after the controversy.
