Rumor has it that a singer and songwriter is currently under fire as an investigation team is trying to clear things whether his his photos with women are with consent or without.

A Singer, songwriter, composer, and label CEO, who is aged 42, is under police investigation for illegal filming, thus drawing attention from the media. According to a media outlet on the 27th, the alleged person is under police investigation also for distributing the pictures of  women's bodies. The cyber-investigation team at the Gwangjin Police Station in Seoul is looking into the singer on these abovementioned charges.

Currently, the person involved has admitted to illegal filming charges, but denied about distributing them. "I saved the video to cloud, but it was leaked through hacking," he explained. In addition, since June, when the police investigation began, he has been suspected of trying to delete his history and information online before media will cover his story, by erasing his profile and photos on portal sites.

"I know that I did something illegal and I regret it so much," he confessed. "I am living a life of self-reflection, starting a family, making donations and doing self-reflection earlier this year," he added.

The person in question won a prize in 2004 in a song festival. He has 120 songs since his debut in the music scene, and has been singer-songwriter for a long time.

Since then, he has set up a company and worked as a producer, discovering junior singers. He also published two essay books.

He also gained a huger popularity by singing an OST for a drama that aired in 2014. Recently, a famous actor sang one of his tracks at a fan meeting and released a cover video, which made headlines.
