With K-pop becoming more global, it is no surprise that idols from varying backgrounds end up making their debuts as idols. These K-Pop idols are lucky to have experienced two (or more!) cultures, as they are citizens of more than one country!

1. BLACKPINK's Rosé

Rosé was born in Auckland, New Zealand to South Korean immigrants. However, at the age of seven, Rosé and her family moved to Melbourne, Australia, where she was raised. The BLACKPINK member has two citizenships - New Zealand and Korean.

2. TWICE's Mina

Mina was born in San Antonio, Texas, but grew up in Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, when she and her family moved back there when she was a toddler. In 2017, it was revealed that Mina holds both Japanese and American citizenship, and is known as TWICE's American member.

Jeon Somi was born in Ontario, Canada, to a Korean mother and Dutch-Canadian father. When she was one year old, she and her family moved back to South Korea. In 2016, Jeon Somi revealed on an episode of "Abnormal Summit" that she is a citizen of three countries - Korea, Canada, and the Netherlands.

She and her family moved to San Francisco, California, when Kriesha Chu was only two years old. She is a citizen of both the Philippines and the United States. Additionally, she speaks English, Cebuano, Tagalog, and Korean!

10. f(x)'s Amber
