Ever since Ryujin revealed in "Letters to MIDZY" that the group stays thin not only for aesthetics but to put on an eye-catching, clean performance, fans have been wondering what the girls' diets look like to help them stay fit. The girls revealed what their daily diet looks like in a recent interview with Harper's Bazaar. Wanna know their diets? Check them out here!

Yeji usually has a glass of water for breakfast. However, she sometimes switches out the glass of water for watermelon. For lunch, the idol usually has meat. She revealed that she is a big fan of sauces and is particularly in love with three specific ones: mayonnaise, mustard, and bean sauce! For when she wants a little snack, she has watermelons. Looks like the girl loves her fresh fruits! Finally, for dinner, Yeji opts for a salad with some meat. Her usual meat of choice is chicken breasts or wings.

When Lia isn't busy promoting, she tends to wake up late, causing her to skip breakfast. She wakes up at 12 or 1 PM and usually starts off the day with a fruit smoothie and a simple brunch. For her snack, she likes cherry tomatoes dressed with either honey or balsamic sauce. However, the idol has quite a sweet tooth and admits to snacking on glazed donuts daily. While she tells fans to only eat one, she reveals she snacks on multiple donuts throughout the day! For dinner, she loves eating kimchi fried rice with mozzarella cheese on top. She microwaves it for a few seconds to give the cheese a chance to melt.

Ryujin usually wakes up at around 10 to 11 AM. She revealed to Harper's Bazaar that the first thing she has is a glass of cold water with ice. For lunch, Ryujin likes to eat healthy, eating a mix of fried vegetables: mushrooms, cabbage, onions, and green onions. She makes sure to use the oyster sauce to give a salty kick to her meal. For her snacks, Ryujin loves eating candies and jellies to curb her sweet tooth. When it's time for dinner, the idol usually sticks with a salad. However, when she's craving for something else, Ryujin isn't afraid to indulge.

Chaeyeong, like Ryujin, starts off the day with a glass of water. She reveals that she needs to drink a lot of water to take her vitamins, so she finds herself getting full without eating anything. For lunch, she eats anything she wants, whether it be meat or ice cream! The only rule she has is that she doesn't eat food that is too salty or too spicy. Chaeryeong didn't reveal what she eats for dinner, but it's likely she also eats a salad along with her members.

Maknae Yuna didn't reveal what she usually ate for breakfast, but she named a lot of menu selections for lunch! She loves eating beef, pasta, hamburgers, and pizza. Yuna is only sixteen years old and is a growing girl, so she should eat as much as she exercises. When Yuna feels like snacking, she revealed that she loves french fries. For dinner, Yuna, like the rest of her members, has a salad. She usually pairs it with a chicken and has it with no sauce. She also reveals that she does not eat past 8 PM.

And that's the diet of each ITZY members! Fans are relieved that their diets are healthy and well-balanced and that they don't starve themselves for the sake of a beauty standard. Since ITZY's dances are known to be difficult, it's important that the girl eat hearty and nutritious meals. Additionally, fans are happy to see that the girls don't mind indulging in sweets and junk food and actually eat what they want.
