These 7 Male Idols Adorably Fanboyed Over Female K-pop Stars [Updated 2022]
It is quite natural in an industry with all talented and gorgeous individuals that many will be fans of many others. As it happens, male idols and female idols are usually distant, and interactions are not as common as you'd think.
However, that doesn't mean these idols don't have love and admiration for each other. Male idols have often unabashedly expressed their adoration and respect for their favorite female idols and have almost even fanboyed them.
Here's a list of some male idols that have fanboyed over female idols!
1. BTOB Eunkwang and Red Velvet Seulgi

Eunkwang opened expressed during his appearance in a variety show that he like Seulgi and thought she was cute and even said she was his ideal type.
Even though this wasn't much to be thought about, during Red Velvet's appearance in another variety show, the show made them call BTOB Eunkwang, and he was fanboying over her, going as far as to say, "What should I do, it's Seulgi!"
2. Super Junior Heechul and TWICE Momo
This one's a no-brainer to all K-pop fans. Even before the news about Heechul and Momo dating came out, there had been innumerable times that Heechul grew all shy and coy even at the mere mention of Momo. He would go full red whenever Momo would be sharing the screen with him, and when she wasn't, he couldn't stop gushing over her!
3. SF9 Rowoon and Red Velvet Irene

When Rowoon appeared on a variety show and Irene, he openly declared that he thought she was really beautiful.
However, another guest pointed out that he couldn't even look her in the eyes. He could not stop blushing when asked to choose between Seolhyun or Irene, and after some trepidation, he chose Irene.
4. Dean and TWICE Tzuyu

In a question and answer session during Dean's Bonnie and Clyde era, he was asked about girl groups. He said he didn't know a lot of girl groups, but he certainly likes TWICE very much.
Even without being asked, he blushed for a while before revealing that he really likes TWICE Tzuyu, and then he blushed some more.
5. BTS Jungkook and IU
Perhaps the most famous fanboy out of the list is Jungkook for his utmost love, admiration, and respect for soloist IU.
Jungkook has never once hidden the fact of how much he likes her and would like to meet her. When she performs on stage, he can't take his eyes off of her. He roots for her when she's about to come on stage like a total fanboy.
6. BTS V and SNSD
V is openly an SNSD fanboy. Even when doing interviews overseas, V has declared his love for all SNSD like a proud fan.
After taking their name as one of his favorite artists and inspiration, he blushed like no tomorrow. He even has their dance routines memorized by heart!
