Fans Speculate Taylor Swift and IU Collaboration Due to These Alleged Hints
Will there be a collaboration between IU and Taylor Swift?
On Wednesday, fans and netizens took out their speculations on various social media platforms, following alleged hints directing to possible collaboration between the two singers.
The rumor broke out when IU's stylist shared the America's pop sweetheart's poster from her fourth studio album, "RED", released in 2012. In the photo, Taylor swift was seen holding a red apple and it was posted on the stylist's Instagram story.
Coincidentally, IU's latest Instagram post on her personal account mentioned the word "red" as well, wherein she was seen wearing a red gown, looking like a queen with her tiara and stunning visuals.
Due to these posts, fans especially Swiftie-Uaena hybrids immediately speculated that these posts could be hints of a possible collaboration between America and Korea's sweetheart, wherein they could be re-recording Taylor's Swift "Red."
As soon as the rumor circulated online, fans and supporters of the two award-winning performers expressed their divided opinions about this.
Some fans coming from both fandoms, Swiftie (Taylor's fandom) and Uaena (IU's fandom) conveyed how excited they are, as the two global artists are both singers, composers, performers, and all-rounder artists that are both pillars of the music industry. If the collaboration will happen, it will definitely rewrite the music history!
On the other hand, other fans and netizens think that this is not possible, as Taylor swift rarely does a collaboration with other artists, neither with K-pop artists. Other fans are also popping the bubble of hope of other fans, and strongly believe that this is not possible.
