Refund Expedition’s Profit from Debut Track Will All Go Through A Charity
The Korean girl group project, "Refund Expedition" company announced that every proceeds from their upcoming debut track will be donated to a charity!
On Saturday, OSEN, a Korean media outlet confirmed that MBC's Program "Hangout with Yoo" team has decided to donate the entire profits that Refund Expedition will earn.
In particular, the proceeds will be donated at the end of the year, along with other project groups that also pledge and decide to donate their earnings for a good cause.
Refund Expedition, a project girl group whose members include former Fin.K.L Lee Hyori (SSAK3), Rapper, and solo artist Jessi, MAMAMOO's Hwasa, and Korean icon Uhm Jung Hwa, is set to debut on this day with their new track, "DON'T TOUCH ME."
In their recent photo teaser, the combination of the First-gen, second-gen, and third-gen singers and idols are overwhelming, wherein they truly exude the girl crush concept.
The looks in their eyes in fashionable outfits say, "Don't touch me" indeed.
Among them, Yoo Jae Suk has turned into Jimmy Yoo of Shinbak Entertainment and is working as a producer. Singer-songwriter Jung Jae-Hyung and Koyote Kim Jong-min are also active as managers, respectively, Jung Bong-won and Kim Ji-sup.
"DON'T TOUCH ME," is a new song composed by Rado of Black Eyed Pilseung, a composer of K-pop hit songs that will kick off at 6 PM KST today, on the Korean music site, Bugs. "Don't Touch Me" is praised for its powerful sound and a new song that fits the image of the members of the refund expedition.
The song encourages every listener to embrace themselves despite differences and telling people to don't cover up their true personalities and just unleash their unique individuality. "DON'T TOUCH ME" also tells the message of a life that will still go on even though you are different, as there's nothing wrong with living differently as long as you are happy.
Meanwhile, "Hangout with You," or also known as "How Do You Play?" is a reality program launched by MBC with the "Nation's MC" Yoo Jae Sook as the main and original cast.
The show already produced various project groups wherein the members released their tracks amidst the coronavirus pandemic. Some of the most notable projects are, "Bbong For You,", "Yoochestra, "SSAK3" and many more.

Uhm Jung Hwa
Uhm Jung Hwa, or also known as "evergreen" due to her unchanging and stable popularity since 1993, is also a member of the project group. Aside from being a successful singer who became the role model of several K-pop idols, she is also an influential actress.
Lee Hyori
Lee Hyori is the "Nation's Fairy" who is the leader of the first-gen group Fin.K.L, which debuted in 1998. Since then, they became one of the most popular and successful K-pop groups in South Korea, producing multiple hit songs.
She debuted in 2003 as a solo artist and became the highest-paid female artist in 2006.
Jessi
The Korean-American rapper debuted in 2005, and since then has built her own reputation as a rapper. With her organic personality, she was loved by several fans and netizens and maintained a stable career in the industry.
Hwasa
In 2014, Hwasa debuted as a member of the K-pop girl group MAMAMOO under RBW Entertainment. She eventually rises in the limelight due to her amazing talents, including singing, rapping, and dancing. She also breaks the Korean beauty standard with her unique visuals.
