SHINee's Key participated in his first solo photoshoot since his military discharge for Cosmopolitan magazine.

Even though the photoshoot took place less than a week after his discharge, he looks fresh as ever and has greeted fans with his signature look and nonchalantly charming aura. He displayed perfect visuals, as usual, treating fans with his looks.

During his interview with Cosmopolitan, Key discussed his fellow members, his time in the military, and his goals, aspirations, and plans. When asked about his experience having worked with SHINee for over 12 years in a row, Key said, "We have both compassionate and bitter affection toward one another. It's all-natural and a given. It's too difficult to answer if anyone asks how much I love my members or how close I am to them. Just as if they were asking me how much I like my mom. Our relationship is difficult to express in words, not quite encompassed by words like 'co-workers,' 'friends,' or 'family.'"

Next, Key spoke about his sunbaenim artists like Rain and Lee Hyori and elaborated how he admires their tenacity to keep showing new sides of themselves to the audience. Regarding his plans from now on, Key commented, "I am debating whether or not I should start YouTube. I wonder if people are inquisitive to see my 'Off' side, the side of me that is not shown on broadcasts... I haven't decided yet if I'm confident enough that I won't embarrass myself on YouTube." He also added, "I think as an artist, you constantly have to do more. These days, YouTube has become more of a public pastime like TV. So I should also switch gears toward new trends."

Recently, many K-Pop idols and K-Drama actors turn to Youtube for self-promotional or other casual activities, and fans are definitely excited at the prospect of Key having his own Youtube channel.
