KBS World was, indeed, true to its promise of giving viewers quality entertainment during the 2020 KBS Song Festival on Friday, Dec. 19. The network was able to gather all the hottest and biggest K-Pop acts in recent times.

Since there are many groups who signed up for this year's musical event, KBS World divided the program into three parts. Here are some of the highlights of the prestigious music fest:

2020 KBS Song Festival Part 2 Highlights

THE BOYZ collaborated with veteran singer Sul Woon Do when they opened the second part of the 2020 KBS Song Festival. MAMAMOO member Solar, also, performed a classic song with Kim Yoon Jaa.

(G)I-DLE, then, performed their song "Oh My God." Cho Mi Yeon, Jeon So Yeon, Minnie, Song Yuqi, Seo Soo Jin, Yeh Shu Hua stunned the virtual audience in their celestial all-white ensembles. Stray Kids came back to the center stage to perform their song titled "Dionysus." This time, the boys wore an all-white ensemble. Then, it was followed by APink's number with their song called "I Don't Know." Then, ASTRO heat up the stage with their sultry performance, followed by GFRIEND's own rendition of their hit track titled "Apple." TAEMIN was even tapped to sing her "Criminal" song on the 2020 KBS Song Festival stage.

Oh My Girl filled the stage with colors when they sang and danced to the tune of their hit single called "Dolphin." NU'EST, then, brought the stage to a new level with their performance using the song "I'm in Trouble." NCT 127 also treated the virtual audience with their "Kick It" performance while NCT 2020 sang their hit song "RESONANCE."

2020 KBS Song Festival Part 3 Highlights

KBS World has shown, in a clip, how K-Pop music has evolved through the years. Then, the video was followed by J.Y. Park and Sunmi's rendition of Wonder Girls' "Nobody." The songstress even sang her own hit single called "pporappippam." The duo ended their number with a performance of "When We Disco" song.

MONSTA X filled the venue with energy when they sang their popular songs "Stand Up Together" and "Love Killa." The boys even showed off their on-point dance moves as they enjoy the tunes.

MAMAMOO brought a sultry mood when they performed their songs "MARIA" and "AYA." GOT 7, then, followed it up with a vibrant number singing their "Out" song. Literally, the all-make group turned the stage to red when they performed their song "Hard Carry" track.

TWICE, also, sang their hit single "More & More" while giving Christmas feels. The stage was adorned with mixed carnival and Christmas decorations. The girls looked so gorgeous in their black and silver ensembles.

Last but certainly not the least is BTS. Jin, Jimin, Jungkook, RM, J-Hope, and V performed their popular song "I Need You." The South Korean boyband even sang their record-smashing "Dynamite."

The 2020 KBS Song Festival hosts are TVXQ member Yunho, actress Shin Ye Eun, and Astro member Eun Woo. The event was held at the KBS New Building in Yeouido, Seoul City, South Korea.
