TWICE members are known for their distinct visuals, but the group's recent Instagram post causes confusion among fans, who are having a hard time telling which member is in the photo.

On Jan. 7, one of the TWICE members took to the group's official Instagram account to share a black and white photo with a caption that reads, "Be careful of the snowy roads, ONCE." In the image, the member is dressed up in a warm and cozy coat as she slightly covers her face with a scarf.

In just two hours, the picture gained more than half a million likes. There's just one problem - fans and netizens alike are clueless about the identity of the TWICE member in the Instagram post, leaving them in confusion. Given that the scarf is covering the lower part of her face, they have been left to determine who the artist is from her eyes and nose bridge. However, the shadows and the monochrome filter made it hard for them.

So far, Korean and international fans alike narrowed the possibilities down to three members: Mina, Tzuyu, or Dahyun. Some ONCEs (TWICE's fan club) say that the left side of the face looks like Tzuyu, while the right side seems to be Dahyun. But then again, the full picture gives off Mina vibes.

After some sleuthing, some fans spotted Dahyun wearing a similar outfit, leading many to claim that she's the one in TWICE's Instagram post. However, the post's caption also says, "This photo is from last year." Hence, it is unsure whether if the shot was taken recently by Dahyun sporting the same attire, or the pic is from back in early 2020.

Since fans are left confused, they took to Dear U. Bubble, an artist-fan messaging service, to ask the girl group who the person is in the photo. According to Bubble subscribers, TWICE Mina told the fans that the post is not her and said she assumed the member to be Tzuyu.

One fan, who is also curious to know who the member is, went to the trouble of digitally colorizing the photo to help, others stated the eyes definitely look more like TWICE Dahyun.

 In other news, TWICE topped the Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart for the week ending on Jan. 2 with their latest single, "Cry For Me." It becomes the girl group's fourth song to enter the chart at No. 1, with the others being "Likey," "Feel Special," and "I Can't Stop Me." "I Can't Stop Me" is also charting on the said chart. It claimed the No. 12 spot in its ninth week, climbing up from No. 15 last December.

Apart from that, TWICE won first place in SBS's "Inkigayo" with "I Can't Stop Me" for the same week, beating Girls' Generation Taeyeon's "What Do I Call You" and Kyung Seo's "Shiny Star." This becomes the Korean act's seventh trophy for the song, as well as their third win on Inkigayo, making it a triple crown.
