EXO Baekhyun and NCT Taeyong, who are both members of the "K-pop Avenger" group SuperM are set to grace fans with a duet track.

According to reports, the male idols who were under an affiliate group SuperM are set to drop a duet song which is currently in progress and will be released through the global music sharing site SoundCloud, not through music sources.

On March 19, an official told the Korean news outlet Star News on Wednesday afternoon that, "The two are preparing a duet song," and it will be revealed on Taeyong`s SoundCloud.

Though the release date is still pending, K-pop enthusiasts, including EXO-L (EXO fandom and NCTzens (NCT fandom), along with SuperM supporters are all excited as it was a song made by Taeyong, who has participated in writing and composing since the debut of the group NCT 127 and is good enough to make his own songs.

In fact, Taeyong released a new track titled "Dark Clouds" on his SoundCloud on March 14, which recorded 1.9 million plays on its release and is continuously loved by fans all over the world.

EXO Baekhyun to Release Third Mini-Album "Bambi"

Meanwhile, Baekhyun has been consistently releasing new songs and albums since the start of 2021, as after her Japan debut, the male vocalist and performer will release his third mini-album "Bambi" at 6 p.m. on March 30.

 "Bambi" will be released on various music sites and will also be released on the same day. A total of six songs were included in the album, including the title song "Bambi."

Prior to this, Baekhyun flaunted his vocal prowess through a remake of Lee Ji Hoon and Shinhwa's Shin Hye Sung's "Doll" along with one of SM's powerful vocalists, NCT Doyoung.

In particular, the collaboration is part of a project of various music companies including Stone Music Entertainment, Genie Music, and KT's "Rewind: Blossom."

The project aims to revive prominent tracks which emerged in the 1990 and early 2000s through the voice of current leading K-pop singers and artists. Aside from Baekhyun and Doyoung which officially dropped "Doll" on March 12, Urban Zakapa, IZ*ONE, B1A4 Sandeul, Ha Sungwoon, and many more also joined the collaboration project.

NCT Taeyong Global Popularity as He Surpassed 3 million Instagram Followers

On the other hand, Taeyong of NCT and SuperM surpassed more than than 3 million individual Instagram followers despite opening the account only three weeks ago.

Taeyong announced this personal record on his SNS and said, "Thank you for the 3 million followers. Let's make good memories one by one with SoundCloud. I can't take all of them, but I'll try. I love you all. See you soon."Fans around the world are happy, responding to Taeyong's posts with hearts and comments.

Meanwhile, NCT 127 topped the Oricon monthly album chart in February with its second mini-album "LOVEHOLIC" released in Japan on February 17. The album has been certified as a "Gold Disc" by the Japan Record Association, which grants albums with accumulated shipments of more than 100,000 albums.
