Most, if not all, BLINKs are fully aware that Lisa hates being on a diet and this is the reason why she does not really have a proper diet plan. The BLACKPINK member has been very vocal about her love for food. Despite this, the Thai rapper has consistently maintained her fit and fab figure.

Reports claimed that BLACKPINK Lisa does not deprive herself of all the food she wants to it. However, she makes sure to eat it in small portion, which is something that Jennie, Jisoo and Rosé are also said to be practicing.

Lisa and her co-members, reportedly, order pizza, soup, paste and ramen whenever they feel like it. However, the BLACKPINK member makes sure to add some healthy food items like avocado and other kinds fruits.

It was, also, revealed that BLACKPINK Lisa is fond of drinking detox juices every day, which ultimately helps her digestion. Studies show that fruit and vegetable juices can help boost the levels of essential vitamins and antioxidants, which include beta carotene, folate, vitamin E and vitamin C.

Lisa has also advised everyone to drink plenty of water throughout the day to avoid being dehydrated. The BLACKPINK member always hydrates herself since she and her co-members spend hours on dance practice daily. Of course, the "Lovesick Girls" singer also pairs her diet with proper exercises to get the best results.

Lisa also reigned supreme on Weibo as she, recently, garnered more than 8.4 million followers with a total of 103 posts on the said platform. On YouTube, the BLACKPINK member has also been doing well with more than 6.2 million subscribers and more than 230.6 million views for her 10 uploaded videos. These statistics are projected to grow even more in the coming months, especially with the idol's imminent solo debut.
