BLACKPINK Rosé just made a debut as a solo artist earlier this month. Apart from being a total performer, the South Korean idol is also admired for her slim and fab body figure.

BLACKPINK Rosé's Diet Plan Revealed

Just like Lisa, BLACKPINK member Rosé has also been very vocal about her love for food. As a matter of fact, reports suggested that the "On the Ground" songstress just eats whatever she wants since she does not gain much weight easily.

Sources close to Rosé claimed that the K-pop idol does not follow any type of diet just to maintain her slim physique. BLACKPINK member Jisoo, previously, shared, in an interview, that Rosé should actually eat more to gain extra pounds.

BLACKPINK Rosé confessed that she does not restrict herself in eating whatever is available. However, she emphasized that vegetables, such as carrots and bell peppers, have become her favorite food lately.

Not only that, Rosé also likes to munch on fruits as her snack. The "GONE" songstress even shared that she could eat one whole chicken in one sitting. The BLACKPINK member revealed that she prefers eating steadily throughout the day in small proportions rather than eating a big amount of food at once.

Studies claimed that eating vegetables and fruits is highly recommended as it contains essential minerals, fiber, plant chemicals and vitamins. A high diet in vegetables and fruits could help protect you from heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Hence, there is no doubt why BLACKPINK Rosé remains healthy even with all the stress and heavy workload that she should endure on a daily basis.

Another important element of BLACKPINK Rosés diet plan is water. The "Ice Cream" singer advised her fans to drink plenty of water, especially those who are active throughout the day like her.

BLACKPINK Rosé Debuts on U.K. Charts

Meanwhile, Rosé broke another record recently after she became the first-ever K-pop female soloist to land a spot on the British music ranking. The BLACKPINK member's "On the Ground" track reached the No. 43 spot on the most recent Official Singles Top 100 chart.

As a group, BLACKPINK had secured spots on the U.K. music charts several times already. In fact, the biggest female band in the world peaked at No. 20 with their chart-topping track called "How You Like That."

For starters, BLACKPINK member Rosé released her first-ever solo album on March 12. Titled "-R-," the EP saw early success after it sold more than 280,000 copies of its physical version during its first week.

If that is not enough, "On the Ground" also dominated the iTunes Top Song charts in over 51 countries worldwide. It even peaked at No. 8 on Spotify.

As of this writing, the official music video of "On the Ground" already surpassed 102 million views on YouTube. The clip also amassed more than 7.2 million likes and more than 1.55 million comments. It also remains the No. 1 trending video on the video streaming site.
