Actress Seo Shin Ae, who was initially cited as the bullying victim of (G)I-DLE Soojin, received negative comments for keeping silent despite the controversy.

On March 22, Seo Shin Ae's official YouTube channel is continuously being bombarded by netizens and supporters of (G)I-DLE Soojin, who demand her to release her direct position in connection with the alleged school violence of the female idol.

This is also in relation to Soojin's request for the actress to clarify the misunderstandings inflicted among fans and netizens that Seo Shin Ae is the victim behind the bullying accusations.

Soojin Fans Bombarded Seo Shin Ae with Malicious Comments Demanding her to Clarify Position against the (G)I-DLE member

In the comment section of Seo Shin Ae's SNS platform, supporters of the idol said,

 "Soojin said she had nothing to do with the actress and even bet her withdrawal. She strongly said that she wanted the actress to announce her official position. [Shin Ae] only posted with an English phrase, lyrics, and sentimental post on Instagram, pretending as if she were the perpetrator. Why did you do that?", followed with mass-protesting comments.

Some fans also commented, "Why are you silent? Why do you think you're good at this, skip it, and aim for timing, but you're afraid you're going to be established?"

Adding, "I knew this would happen. LOL. You're going to make it obvious, and then you're going to go back and say it wasn't your story. I really didn't see it like that, but it's bad," they continued to attack the comments with words that seemed to confirm that the letter spread false information.

On the flip side, fans of Seo Shin Ae and netizens who are supporting the actress defended her by conveying, "Fighting, Shin Ae. Please know that more people are cheering for you," and "I'll be rooting for you, Shin Ae. I hope you always do well. I hope you are always comfortable and happy."

(G)I-DLE Soojin Strongly Denied Accusations that She Bullied Actress Seo Shin Ae

On March 19, Soojin penned another long letter, providing a detailed message that refuted any claims against her.

In the letter, she directly mentioned actress Seo Shin Ae and affirmed that they never had a conversation before despite being schoolmates.

She added, "Every time I revealed my new position about myself, actor Seo Shin Ae posted at the same time, and many people misunderstood that I had committed violence against the actress. I strongly request Seo Shin Ae to clarify her position on this part because I am not guilty."

However, Shin Ae nor her agency has yet to release their official statement.

Seo Shin Ae, a rising actress, captured the attention of netizens after posting cryptic messages and quotes which seemed to be referring to the female idol's bullying controversy, just like how she posted a lengthy message on the day Cube Entertainment, the agency of (G)I-DLE Soojin posted a long letter updating fans that the idol will temporarily halt her activities.
