BTS member Jimin is among the most-followed K-pop stars today. Not only is he admired because of his outstanding talent in singing and dancing as he is also loved for having a stunning visual and killer body figure.

BTS Jimin Workout Routine Revealed

The "Life Goes On" singer has been very vocal about his struggle in losing weight several years ago. BTS member Jimin divulged that he worked very hard to achieve the body that fans see right now. It even came to a point when he sacrificed his own health and well-being just for him to look better.

Jimin said he followed a very unhealthy diet to shred extra pounds. The BTS member, later on, realized that what he did could have done more harm than good. Because of that, the "Dynamite" hitmaker started eating healthy food again, including vegetables, fruits and chicken.

As for his workout routine, the co-member of Jin, Jungkook, J-Hope, Suga, RM and V like to work out some basic exercised to help him get toned muscles. The BTS member also considers their dance practice as a form of workout since it could help him burn calories and stay lean. It was, previously, reported that the Bangtan Boys spend hours to rehearse every single day.

Other than that, BTS Jimin is also said to be fond of doing push-ups, squats, crunches and wall pull-up. The idol is, reportedly, into cardio exercises as well, which include cyling and running for up to an hour.

Other reports suggest that, to maintain his buff body and glorious abs, the workout routine of BTS member Jimin also include some fundamental bodyweight exercises such as leg raises, pike push-ups, jumping jack and push-ups among many others. Of course, for best results, he makes sure to keep himself hydrate by drinking lots of water throughout the day.

BTS Jimin Tops Brand Reputation Ranking in April

Meanwhile, BTS member Jimin has dominated the brand reputation rankings for individual K-pop boy band members again this month. According to Korea Corporate Research Institute, the "Boy with Luv" singer got a total of 5.29 million brand reputation index, which helped him achieved his 28th No. 1 rank on the said list.

Following BTS Jimin are ASTRO member Cha Eun Woo, EXO member Baekhyun, V and Jin, who are all part of the Top 5. Eun Woo got a total of 4.82 million brand reputation index while Baekhyun was able to gather 4.75 million brand reputation index. V and Jin, on the other hand, got 4.69 million and 4.61 million brand reputation indexes  this month.

Other stars who made it to the Top 10 are BTS Jungkook with 4.3 million points, BTS RM with 3.9 million points, BTS Suga with 3.3 million points, WINNER member Kang Seung Yoon with 3.04 million points and Super Junior member Heechul with 2.9 million points. BTS J-Hope, BIGBANG's G-Dragon, EXO member Chanyeol, SHINee Minho and Super Junior's Eunhyuk wrapped up the top 15.
