Hyungwon, Jooheon, I.M Steps Up for MONSTA X Comeback 'One of a Kind'
As MONSTA X returns with their ninth mini-album "One Of A Kind," it also highlights the special contributions of three of its members: Hyungwon, Jooheon, and I.M
"One Of A Kind" marks the group's Korean comeback, following their third Japanese-language album "Flavors Of Love" released last May 5 and their previous Korean-language album "Fatal Love" seven months ago.
As the new album highlights the globally renowned MONSTA X, it also served as a platform for three of its members to actively participate in the creation of their latest album.
Starting off with Jooheon who participated in the title production of their album for the first time since they debuted, surprising fans with his role in songwriting and composing the title track "GAMBLER." The MONSTA X members has previously established himself as a producer by working on other tracks from the group, as well as in Cravity's "JUMPER," the title track of the junior group's debut album "Cravity Season 1. Hideout: Remember Who We Are."
His solo projects have also earned recognition, with his latest mixtape "PSYCHE" placing in albums charts worldwide. It managed to top in 16 countries in the iTunes Top K-pop Album Charts, plus Top 10 positions in a total of 30 more countries. His musical sense and his track record led fans to eagerly anticipate what Jooheon will pull off as MONSTA X drops "GAMBLER."

Next, Hyungwon also received songwriting and composition credits for the songs in "One Of A Kind," especially in "Rotate," "Secret," and "BEBE." Hyungwon, who previously earned recognition and praise for his composing, writing, and arranging the track "Nobody Else" from their previous album "Fatal Love."
It was particularly well-received when it was performed at the 35th Golden Disk Awards, and even broke through the Top 10 of the Billboard World DIgital Songs Charts.
Lastly, I.M has supported Jooheon as the impeccable MONSTA X Rap Line through his rap verses. He recently made history with his solo debut, "DUALITY," earning praise from global publications like Forbes and Bilboard.
Additionally, his album topped the iTunes Worldwide Album Chart. In a previous article, Forbes has credited I.M's critical position of helping MONSTA X secure a strong fanbase in the Western world through his intelligence and fluency in speaking in English, helping the wit and charm of all members reach a wider audience.
