"You Know Who Is My Father?" features Namewee rapping in a mix of Chinese, Malay, and English. However, what caught the attention of fans is how the song included provocative lyrics that mention the popular girl group BLACKPINK.

At around the 4-minute and 14-second mark in his music video for the song, Namewee raps the lyrics, "Always look at BLACKPINK and masturbate," and proceeds to sing the lyrics "How you like that that that that that," referencing BLACKPINK's "How You Like That."

Since the release of the song, Namewee has come under fire by BLACKPINK's fandom, BLINK, after finding out about lyrics. In addition to sexualizing BLACKPINK, Namewee also faced intense criticism for being sexist and sexualizing women in general.

Fans are also commenting on several of his social media accounts, as well as on his music video, demanding that the "You Know Who Is My Father?" rapper to apologize, and respect BLACKPINK and women. While others left vomitting and poop emojis.

However, it seems that Namewee is not at all bothered by the backlash he is receiving. Under the music video, he personally commented and thanked BLACKPINK fans for increasing his viewing rate. "Hello BLACKPINK fans. Thanks for giving me view rate. Please continue! How you like that that that that..." said Namewee.

Fans of Namewee are also defending the rapper, stating that it was "just Malaysian culture," while others have made fun of fans and also thanked them for increasing the views on the video.

This isn't the first time Namewee has come under fire for his works. In July 2007, the controversial figure had released a parody of Malaysia's national anthem, Negaraku, among many others that received backlash. In addition, Namewee had landed himself in jail on multiple occasions, his most recent one being his 2020 film, "Babi," which revolved around racial tension and hate speech, as well as contain elements of racism that tarnishes Malaysia's image.
