On June 20, beauty queen-model Catriona Gray makes social media buzz after she addressed through a tweet a rumor about her cousin allegedly debuting as the new NCT member.

But NCTzens (NCT fandom) found themselves in fits of laughter after the hilarious plot twist.

Catriona Gray Makes Hilarious Response to Rumor Her "Cousin" Theo Gray is the New NCT Member 

An NCT fan's now-deleted tweet spilled the "tea" regarding the new sub-unit of the group. According to this unnamed source from Facebook, an SM Entertainment trainee named Theo Gray is one of the rumored members of the "upcoming" team.

The source also provided some information about the said SM trainee, revealing that Theo is a Filipino-Australian, a 02-liner, and joined SM in 2020. It was also mentioned that Theo is Catriona Gray's cousin.

Along with these details, a set of photos of a certain guy, who is believed to be Theo Gray, were also uploaded.

The post immediately amassed attention from K-pop fans, all suddenly milking the online chaos and sharing their two cents about the matter.

While some are skeptical, some fans already expressed their excitement - until the Miss Universe took the matter in her own hands.

Catriona Gray caught the news, and took to Twitter to set the record straight. And indeed, the plot twist sparked laughter.

The beauty queen posted a video of her dog along with the caption, "Theo Gray finding out he's NCT's newest maknae." 

What she will say next is the funny plot twist that no one expected!

"I don’t have a cousin by the name Theo Gray. I actually don’t have any FilAus cousins at all. The only Theo related to me - is my dog."

Turns out, Theo Gray is her precious pet!

NCT Dream to Drop Repackage Album "Hello Future"
