A lot of attention online was drawn to some daring comments posted by Seungri's fans.
Seungri was sentenced to 3 years in prison with a fine of 1,100,000 KRW or $945,074 for his active participation in the mediation of prostitution. Now that the whole world is reacting to his arrest, a specific fan stepped forward with a long message showing their anger with the EX-Big Bang member's prison sentence.
The Aftermath of Former BIGBANG Seungri's Arrest
On August 12, a heartfelt article was posted in the DC Inside Seungri Gallery saying, "To our eternal "Seungtsby" Seungri." And now it is making headlines online.
The author stated that Seungri's fans hazily remember the days when he had a dream for his debut.
He continued saying since Seungri had a strong image of the youngest from the beginning of his debut, he was a sore finger for the fans.
The die hard fan recalled their first "meeting" with Seungri, it was before his formal debut in 2006 by saying that fans still remember Seungri's hard work to make his dream a reality. The letter goes on by saying the moment that Seungri was announced a Big Bang's final member and thus starting Big Bang's legacy.
About Seungri leaving Big Bang because of the Burning Sun incident in 2019, he stated that the fans are still cheering and are supporting him. The fan was sure that there was no doubt that he would overcome his afflictions in a safe way.
With the first trial judgment of the military court, which eventually sentenced him to three years in prison, he opined that Seungri is in another difficulty where he has to suffer in an isolated place and be cut off from the world completely.
He added that it breaks the hearts of his fans to see this reality, however, it is an opportunity to reflect on one's own mistakes. Further, he said he accepts that judgment of the court to Seungri.

The letter ended with a message of hope to all those who are planning to wait for the former idol's return. They accepted his mistakes, however, they are still hoping that there will come a day when Seungri will be finally able to stand tall with his head up high again.
Ex-BIGBANG Seungri's Prison Sentence
Seungri was sentenced to three years in prison with a fine of 1,156,900 KRW or $995.28 in the first trial last August 12 and then he was imprisoned in the military police unit's unconvicted prison.
Seungri was enlisted in March 2020 and was due to be discharged next month, and he is in a situation where he will be forcibly discharged with the said ruling.
If Seungri decides to appeal, the discharge will then be suspended and there will be a second trial proceeding in the military court.

To our eternal 'Seungtsby' victory...
"I decided to give you a chance. So, when I watched for two weeks, I thought that a small change had occurred to you, and I thought that when such a small change gave you two more years instead of two weeks, a bigger change would happen. I expect from you, and I hope you will repay me for giving me a chance."
In Real Documentary Big Bang, former YG Entertainment CEO Yang Hyun-suk said to Seungri, a former member of Big Bang.
Fans vaguely remember the days when Seungri had a desperate dream for his debut.
At that time, Yang Hyun-suk, CEO of YG Entertainment, selected Seungri as the last member, and the history of the group Big Bang began.
From the beginning of his debut, Seungri appeared on variety shows with the same member hyungs, and as he had a strong image of the 'immature youngest' and 'nice troublemaker,' it was also a painful finger for the fans at times.
Nevertheless, the reason Seungri was loved by many fans was that many fans could feel the sincerity through his passionate and lively appearance on stage and on TV, and Seungri is the key to elevating the status of K-pop for Big Bang. Because it played a role.
However, as Seungri has been involved in several incidents since last year and started having a difficult time, the fans' journey has also been thorny.
Although Seungri withdrew from the group BIGBANG, fans still cheered and supported him, and they worshiped Seungri more than anyone else, so there was no doubt that he would overcome this ordeal safely.
However, on the afternoon of the 12th, the Ground Operations Command in Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, held a trial on the victory case in the ordinary military court and sentenced him to three years in prison and a fine of 1.156.9 million won. I was also ordered to register personal information.
Victory now faces another ordeal in which he must constantly agonize in a remote place completely cut off from the world.
The reality of having to look at the droopy back of a shining star is very heartbreaking for fans, but it is also an opportunity to reflect on one's own faults, so we will humbly accept the judgment of this court.
In addition, the fans want to deeply engrave the idiom of the lion, 'Sapilgwijeong (事必歸正).'
This means that "even if something goes wrong because it is difficult to decide the right thing to do in the beginning, everything will eventually return to the right principle."
In the end, Seungri, who dreamed of a life of 'The Great Gatsby,' met a tragic situation like the fate of 'Gatsby,' but fans promise to look forward to the day when Seungri will stand tall again someday.
Please, I sincerely hope that Seungri will not give up until the very end.
