IZ*ONE's Disbandment in April

Back on April 29, IZ*ONE officially disbanded after a year and a half of promoting. Throughout their promotions, IZ*ONE released two studio albums and seven mini albums. On the same day of their disbandment, IZ*ONE Japanese members, Miyawaki Sakura, Honda Hitomi, and Yabuki Nako, returned to their hometowns in Japan.

Following their disbandment, IZ*ONE's fandom, WIZ*ONE, started the initiative "Parallel Universe" to re-launch the group. Despite raising one billion won (around $900,000), having careful discussions with the members' respective agencies and CJ ENM, and the support of the community, the plans to re-launch the group fell through.

Since then, each of the former IZ*ONE members have been focusing on their respective activities.
