TXT Reveals the Special Aspects of Big Hit Music's Training System

TXT has shared what makes Big Hit Music's training system different from the other entertainment companies' approach in enhancing the skills of their trainees.

On Oct. 25 at midnight KST, a video about the concept "What is BIGHIT Difference?" was uploaded to HYBE Labels' YouTube channel. The TXT members answered questions about trainee days and auditions in the video.

Here are the Points That Make Big Hit Music's Training System Special, According to TXT

In the video, the first question asked to the TXT members is "What do you think is the special aspect of Big Hit Music's training system?"

TXT Yeonjun was the first to answer and said that "generous support for music is the best strength" of the company. He explained his opinion by sharing one incident when he was still a trainee.

Yeonjun detailed, "One day, I said I would like to work on a song. And, the producers shared some solid ideas with me on the song and the style of the song that I wanted to make."

He continued that the agency has Cubase-based recording equipment, which helps them record and hear their own voices during vocal and rap lessons.

TXT member Yeonjun went on to say that the best thing about Big Hit Music's training system is that trainees could freely use the available equipment when they wanted to make their own music.

In addition to this, TXT Beomgyu said that the company encourages the autonomy of trainees to do the music of their choice. He then revealed what surprised him the most during his trainee days.

Beomgyu said that their schedule was set through discussion considering different styles of the Big Hit trainees. He further stated that besides lessons and practice, he had the freedom to do his hobbies and learn other things.

As for TXT Taehyun, he said that while following Big Hit Music's training system, he was able to make his own decisions. He continued that the label and the trainees have been constantly communicating so that each trainee can practice subjectively.

Soobin sympathizes with Taehyun and stated that he thinks communication is an important factor in building trust between the agency and the Big Hit trainees even after their debut.

On Oct. 23, Billboard released an article about the artists who are eligible for "Best New Artist" at 2022 GRAMMYs.

Apart from international artists, several Korean acts were also named as some of the qualified artists to be nominated for the said award, and one of them is TXT.
