On November 11, EXO's social media accounts posted information revealing Kai's solo comeback with his 2nd mini-album, "Peaches," set for release on November 30.
Since the release of the "Peaches" image teaser, EXO-Ls (EXO fandom name) rejoiced on various socials such as Twitter. Soon enough, related hashtags like "#KAI2ndSOLO" and "#KAI" and the phrase "SOLOIST KAI IS BACK" are now trending on Twitter worldwide.

In the image, EXO Kai is seen to be looking down at the floor with his eyes closed while wearing a shirt and jacket in a peach-colored atmosphere.
EXO's official social accounts changed their icons to EXO Kai's new logo. Kai's name is Chinese for "ten," and accordingly, in the first mini-album that was released last year, "A" was replaced a Chinese character "开" in the logo.

EXO Kai's 'Mmmh' MV Hits 100 Million Views
On October 29, 2021, EXO's official SNS commemorated Kai's achievement as his "Mmmh" MV reached 100 million views on YouTube.
Kai's "Mmmh" is the first song from SM Entertainment to top the chart in 42 countries on the Global iTunes Song Chart.

EXO Kai debuted as a soloist with his self-tiled mini-album, released in November 2020. The album has six songs, including "Mmmh," which is the title song, "Nothing On Me," "Amnesia," "Reason," "Ride or Die," and "Hello Stranger."
Kai made a successful solo debut with his first album of the same name. That time, "KAI" topped the iTunes Top Albums chart in more than 50 countries and regions all over the world. It also topped the Digital Album Sales charts of several Chinese music sites, like QQ music, KuGou Music and Kuwo Music.
When EXO Kai completed his first solo album promotions, he was active in various entertainment programs, like "Woodo Bar," "The Devil Wears Jeongnam 2," "Idol Dictation Contest."
EXO Kai will appear in Netflix's "From the New World" in November.

EXO's Kai graced ELLE Korea's cover for its November 2021 issue.
In the photos released by the magazine, Kai sported a full Gucci outfit that features the colors of nature like green, brown, and maroon.
