EXO Sehun Personally Writes a Heartwarming Review for a Longtime Fan's Newly Published Book
On November 11, an autobiographical book, titled "Curry: I Am A Person Who Makes Curry," was published by Kim Min Ji, the founder and owner of a popular curry restaurant located in Seongbuk-dong in South Korea.
The 196-page book talks about Kim Min Ji's goal of creating her own unique curry recipes, and her beginnings as a chef of a pop-up stand located in Mangwon-dong.
'Curry: I Am A Person Who Makes Curry'
In particular, Kim Min Ji's restaurant is popular among EXO-Ls, which garnered attention for one of her curry dishes that was inspired by her favorite K-pop idol Sehun's dog, Vivi.
The curry dish, called "Vivi Curry," has rice shaped in the form of a poodle to resemble Sehun's dog. As Sehun's precious Vivi is also beloved among EXO fans, the "Vivi Curry" is Kim Min Ji's best-sellers.

With Kim Min Ji now having published her book, it was revealed that Sehun has personally written a review and dedication after reading from beginning to end the manuscript despite his busy schedule.
"What makes this book so special is that Sehun actually responded to the pure and creative lady's fan life. With the recommendation of Sehun from EXO, the book was finally completed. For the first time as a famous idol, Sehun had personally read the manuscript from start to finish, and added his review without adding or subtracting [words] in order to convey the emotion he wrote after thinking carefully about each word," Kim Min Ji's publisher Semicolon said.

"When I first heard about this book, I couldn't help but laugh. What kind of book can you even publish with 'Vivi Curry'? But after reading it to the last page, I completely changed my mind. I deeply felt each letter and word that the curry shop owner, who was my fan, wrote. It is really astonishing and inspiring, and in a sense, I am happy and proud as well. One day, I will bring Vivi there to try the 'Vivi Curry.' Well, Vivi can't really eat the curry, but hopefully they can give me an apple? Good for you Vivi. It seems that she [Kim Min Ji] is a bigger fan of yours than she is of me. Let's go. Let us show up out of nowhere. But if I'm not allowed inside, I'll at least have a car pulled up in front."
Following his review, many fans couldn't help but praise the heartwarming interaction between the idol and fan.
