BTS's ARMY, TREASURE's Treasure Maker, SEVENTEEN's Carat Win 'Strongest Fandom' Title at the 2021 Hanteo Music Awards
The strongest fandoms in the K-pop scene were awarded at the 2021 Hanteo Music Awards! Among nominees, only three fan clubs dominated which include fandoms of BTS, TREASURE and SEVENTEEN!
In particular, the "WhosFandom Award" is a special award given to K-pop fandoms and artists with the highest firepower and influence among K-pop fandom in the world.
The award is 100% based on voting held at the Whosfan website and application, which proved how vast the power and support of multiple fandoms around the globe to their favorite groups, particularly to the nominated teams.
BTS, TREASURE, and SEVENTEEN Hailed as Final Winners of the 2021 Hanteo Music Awards' 'WhosFandom Award'

On the afternoon of Jan. 6, the global K-pop fandom platform Whosfan then officially announced the top 3 winners of the "Who's Fandom Award" at the 2021 Hanteo Music Awards.
Prior to the final rounds, the team-up of Carat x SEVENTEEN was first announced as the third place.
To determine the No.1 strongest fandom, BTS and TREASURE advanced to the final battle after ranking first and second, respectively. In the end, TREASURE x Treasure Maker ranked second place with 20.46% of the votes.
Ultimately, the global group BTS and ARMY prevailed and won with 79.54% of the votes, ranking first for the second consecutive time following last year.
In 2021, BTS x ARMY got their first "Whosfandom Award" at the 30th Seoul Music Awards." They then snagged another trophy at the Hanteo Music Awards, where they initially won the grand prize, "Artist Award"
As the group consistently topped the list for the second consecutive year, BTS x ARMY synergy showcased its dignity as the world's No. 1 fandom firepower.
'Artist Awards,' 'First Week-Sales Record Award': 2021 Hanteo Music Awards Winners So Far
On Dec. 21 last year, the winners for the first category, 'First Week-Sales Record Award', were announced. Top 10 K-pop artists were selected, including BTS, BLACKPINK Lisa, NCT 127, and more, wherein the rankings were based on artists' album sales volume a week after its release.

Moreover, the winners for the "Artist Award," which is given to the artists that showed great influence in the music industry in 2021, were announced on Dec. 27 last year as well.
Based on the result, BTS and TWICE dominated as the No. 1 male group and female group, respectively. For the male solo and female solo, EXO Baekhyun and BLACKPINK Lisa were named, in order.

On the other hand, the winners for the "Special Award" will be released on the 10th through the Whosfan app and its official social media accounts.
