Is BLACKPINK Jennie Dating BIGBANG G-Dragon?
Back on February 24, 2021, Dispatch released an exclusive report revealing Jennie was in a relationship with G-Dragon.
The publication stated that the two first became acquainted after Jennie appeared as the leading lady in G-Dragon's music video for "That XX." After that, she worked with G-Dragon against as a feature on his song "Black" and appeared on music shows with him. At the time, G-Dragon was Jennie's role model, while the other saw the female as his muse.
Eight years later, Jennie fell in love with G-Dragon, and the feelings were reciprocated. According to Dispatch, the two have been dating for a year.

Dispatch states that the two meet secretly, often dating in G-Dragon's penthouse in Hannam-dong, Seoul. They stated that after schedules with BLACKPINK, she would visit G-Dragon. After that, she would return home. She maintained this pattern until BLACKPINK concluded their activities.
Dispatch revealed that the two's relationship is an open secret in YG Entertainment. Jennie or G-Dragon's managers are allegedly in charge of dropping off the "SOLO" songstress to the male's penthouse to ensure their relationship remains a secret. Dispatch claims that Jennie's mother is also aware of the relationship and supports the two.

G-Dragon visited BLACKPINK during a music video filming in 2020, which is when dating rumors first emerged between the two. On January 31, 2021, Jennie allegedly spent the day with G-Dragon and left for the concert later that day. G-Dragon's car was reportedly spotted in the venue that day.
YG Entertainment released a statement following the reports saying, "We cannot validate anything. We cannot confirm anything about our artists' private lives. Thank you for your understanding."

As YG Entertainment neither confirmed nor denied the two's dating rumors, it is unsure if they are still in a romantic relationship.

As of the time of writing, there has been no update to her dating new with G-Dragon. Therefore, whether she is single or in a relationship with the male idol is unknown.

However, she has divulged on her ideal type. During an interview with "Star Radio," it was revealed that Jennie's ideal type is someone who is dependable and will always protect her. In previous interviews, she also stated that her ideal type is a man who is passionate and devoted to his job.
During an interview with "Arirang Radio," Jennie also spilled that she prefers sexy guys over cute guys.
