‘Park Collector’ — Here are BTS V’s Celebrity BFFs With Surname ‘Park’
BTS' very own V is a social butterfly. Accompanied with his humble and charming personality, it's no surprise that he has a ton of friends and a close-knit group of people who are like his family.
If you have been a fan of V for a while, you might have seen pictures of him and his celebrity friends that he had shared memories with through the years.
However, did you know that the "Butter" singer had been given the nickname "Park Collector"? This is because V has numerous BFFs who have the family name "Park," and it seems V is slowly taking over the world, one Park at a time!
With that, here are some V's celebrity friends with the surname "Park"!
1. BTS Park Jimin

Of course, first on the list is V's fellow BTS member, Jimin, whose full name is Park Jimin!
V and Jimin, or Vmin, met back when they were still trainees and quickly became best of friends as they were born in the same year. The two are practically attached to the hip and do everything together, even pursuing their studies together.
If that isn't enough proof of their adorable friendship, V and Jimin both have a song together called "Friends," which describes they heartwarming relationship.
2. Park Hyung Sik
Park Hyung Sik is V's idol sunbae (senior) as the former made his debut as a member of K-Pop group ZE:A back in 2010.
However, V met Park Hyung Sik when they both starred together in the KBS drama "Hwarang," where V made his acting debut. Since then, the two have been close friends, and are even part of the famous friend group "Wooga Squad."

3. Park Seo Joon
Just like Park Hyung Sik, V met actor Park Seo Joon during the filming of "Hwarang" back in 2016, and immediately became close friends. He is also part of "Wooga Squad," making him a close friend of Park Hyung Sik as well.

To show their support and friendship, V even sang the OST "Sweet Night" for Park Seo Joon's drama "Itaewon Class."
4. Park Bo Gum

Another actor "collected" by V is Park Bo Gum!
The two first met back when Park Bo Gum was still the MC of KBS' music program "Music Bank." With V's job as an idol, he met Park Bo Gum numerous times through the show.
And despite the actor no longer the show's MC, V and Park Bo Gum still keeps in close contact with each other - even going on a trip to Jeju Island together!
5. Park Ji Hoon

Former Wanna One member-turned-soloist, Park Ji Hoon, is also a close friend of V! In fact, back when Park Ji Hoon was still competing on Mnet's "Produce 101," he had named V as the idol he wishes to be like.
And while the two don't have a personal picture together shared yet, it was revealed that V and Park Ji Hoon would play games with each other during their free time.
6. PSY

Believe it or not, V is also friends with "Gangnam Style" hitmaker PSY, whose real name is Park Jae Sang!
Back in 2020, PSY had shared some adorable pictures he took with V on his Instagram, which showed the two cuddling and full of smiles together!
7. NIve

V first met NIve, born Park Ji Soo, after singer Paul Kim had introduced the two to each other. According to NIve, V was a fan of Paul Kim's track "The Reason For My Spring," which was produced and written by NIve.
V had then asked Paul Kim to introduce him. However, NIve became closer to the BTS member when they worked together for the song "Blue & Grey," which is part of BTS' fifth studio album, "BE," released in November 2020.

The latest addition to V's "Park Collection" is "Wild Flower" singer Park Hyo Shin!
The friendship between the two singers was actually only discovered back on January 31, when V had shared a video of him and Park Hyo Shin singing Matt Maltese's "Less and Less" through his Instagram Story.
