On February 7, BLACKPINK set a YouTube record by achieving 1 billion views on YouTube with their "How You Like That" dance practice video, released in 2020. This is the first time in history to reach the milestone with a choreography video!

On November 7, 2021, the video had reached 900 million views indicating that the video acquired 100 million views in just 92 days.

Recently, BLACKPINK has been hitting billions of views on YouTube. As of February 2, BLACKPINK's "DDU-DU DDU-DU" music video has more than 1.8 billion views, making it the most-watched K-pop music video on YouTube.

The single "DDU-DU DDU-DU" was released on June 15, 2018. It is the lead track on the quartet's first EP "Square Up," which consists of three other songs - "Forever Young," "Really," and "See You Later."

Upon release, it immediately saw international success, ranking on No. 55 of Billboard's Hot 100 chart.

Aside from "DDU-DU DDU-DU," BLACKPINK's "Kill This Love" music video exceeded 1.5 billion views on YouTube last January 25. It is about two years and nine months since its release on YouTube; this indicates the steady love from BLINKs worldwide.

Moreover, "Kill This Love" surpassed Psy's "Gentleman" (1.4 billion views), released in 2013, to become the 3rd most-viewed K-pop music video. The hit song was released in 2019.

"Kill This Love" is a song that has a strong lead brass and a magnificent drum sound. The music video got the explosive attention of fans around the world with BLACKPINK's powerful and charismatic dance moves and sophisticated visuals.

The hit single was also listed as the only K-pop in the "Top 10 Most Viewed Music Videos in the World in 2019."

Further, the soundtrack also achieved remarkable results. During the first week of its release, the song reached No. 41 and No. 24 on the US Billboard's main charts, Hot 100 and Billboard 200, respectively.

In addition, it is so far the only K-pop girl group to surpass 500 million streams on the world's largest music platform, Spotify.

Now, BLACKPINK has five music videos with over 1 billion views, namely:

"Boombayah" (2016) - 1.3 billion views

"As If It's Your Last" (2017) - 1.1 billion views 

"DDU-DU DDU-DU " (2018) - 1.8 billion views

Meanwhile, the group has 32 videos that have surpassed 100 million views while the number of accumulated views amounts to 22.3 billion.

In particular, the number of subscribers to the girl group's official YouTube channel is over 71.8 million, making BLACKPINK the most subscribed artist on the platform.
