NMIXX Reveals Who Their Center Is

JYP Entertainment's upcoming girl group, NMIXX, is one of the rookie groups gaining the most attention from the K-pop community. They are scheduled to make their debut on February 22 with the album "AD MARE" and the title track "O.O." On February 7, the girl group held their first public schedule with an appearance on "Weekly Idol."

At midnight on February 8, JYP Entertainment released the first group concept photo of NMIXX for their debut single. Based on the standing positions of NMIXX during the live "Weekly Idol" broadcast and their placement in the group teaser image, internet users have determined who the center of the group is — Jinni!

This did not come as a surprise to those following NMIXX. During her introduction video from August 2021, Jinni received much love from viewers due to her stunning visuals and overflowing talents.

Will NMIXX Jinni Live Up to TWICE Nayeon & ITZY Ryujin?

As JYP Entertainment's next-generation center after TWICE member Nayeon and ITZY member Ryujin, many anticipate Jinni's charisma and talent.

In terms of visuals, she does not let down. Jinni caught attention as the "pink pants girl" during her pre-debut dance video. Jinni also showcased a brand-new hair color during the debut trailer, showing off her sharp, charismatic beauty.

The idol is expected to take on all three roles in the group: dancing, singing, and rap. Considered the most multi-talented member of the group, Jinni is the shining face in the NMIXX line-up. With her excellent choreography skills and charming vocals, many believe this member can live up to the reputation of Nayeon and Ryujin and can become the center of the fourth generation.

Some comments concerning Jinni being NMIXX's center read, "You can tell she is the center right away. Her aura is no joke," "Jinni is the best choice for the center. It's no wonder JYP chose her as the center."
