Earlier this week, it was announced that Super Junior would be making their official comeback with a special single album called "The Road: Winter for Spring."

The album will be available via different online music sites starting Feb. 28.

Prior to the official announcement, a group photo of the Super Junior members was also released via their social media accounts.

And on Thursday, Feb. 17, the first set of individual concept photos featuring Yesung, Donghae, and Leeteuk were also released online.

Super Junior's upcoming album will be limited and would only be available for purchase through pre-orders.

Since Super Junior has no plans to perform live for their fans, Kyuhyun's positive diagnosis won't likely affect the release of "The Road: Winter for Spring." After all, this will all take place online.

Still, Super Junior fans are excited for the upcoming release of the group's album since they've been waiting for new music from their idols since March 2021.

Super Junior Talks About 'The Renaissance'

Back then, Super Junior dropped their 10th album called "The Renaissance," which made it to the top of the music charts.

In April 2021, Super Junior talked about "The Renaissance" and said that their goal for their so-called rebirth is to show ELFs a new side to their music.

Since Super Junior knows that their fans waited a long time for them to release an album, they said that they wanted to make their songs perfect.

"The Renaissance" also served as the group's first time to work together in the studio after several years.

They said that one of the things that they noticed is that they're all veterans now. Everyone was also prepared to bring something to the table because they've been in the industry for quite some time.

One of Super Junior's secrets to the idols' lasting friendship is their openness. They have never shied away from admitting that they don't always get along.

They said that they've always been open and honest about their misunderstandings because this is their way of resolving their issues.
