People claimed that her thin frame during the video looked unhealthy. Many compared the "ELEVEN" fancam to her "Violeta" fancam from April 2019, when she was promoting as a member of IZ*ONE. When Jang Wonyoung was promoting "Violeta," her body was thicker and full of vitality. People claim she looked more attractive at the time.

When Jang Wonyoung promoted "Violeta," she was between 48-50kg. However, when she debuted with IVE, her weight on her profile was 43kg. This means she lost a whopping 5-7kg in three years.

During the "ELEVEN" performance, Jang Wonyoung's skinny arms and legs stole the show, sparking concern for her weight.
