TWICE Momo's recent accident on tour seemingly solidified her bond with her fellow K-pop idols.

TWICE Momo Talks About Her Accident

TWICE wrapped up their U.S. tour on Feb. 27 at the UBS Arena in New York. 

While they were still on a high from their successful tour, TWICE members went on TikTok to share their experience with ONCE.

To fans' surprise, TWICE Momo revealed that she had an accident before they performed "Scientist." She shared there was a low bar backstage. So, to get to the stage, the members needed to bend down to prevent any accident.

But TWICE Momo was on such a high following their performance of "Cry For Me" that she forgot to bend down while walking.

So, she accidentally hit her head on a big pillar and the impact also resulted in her biting her tongue very hard.

TWICE Momo shared that her tongue started bleeding because her bite was just too hard, and she couldn't also help but panic.

Momo told TWICE Jeongyeon about what happened, and she was in tears because she thought that she was going to lose her memory.

But as K-pop idols, the show had to go on, especially because ONCE was waiting for TWICE to sing their hit song, "Scientist."

TWICE Momo said that she pushed through with her performance but didn't have any memory of what she did on stage.

Luckily, ONCEs had videos and photos of TWICE Momo giving her all-out performance at the time. So, they didn't have any idea that she just got into an accident minutes before.

But this isn't all. During TWICE live stream, some of the members shared how they rallied behind Momo following her accident.

Everyone was so worried about Momo that they couldn't also focus on their performance.

TWICE Chaeyoung said that she was so concerned about her group member and friend that she forgot the lyrics to "Scientist."

TWICE Mina also said that she forgot the choreography of "Scientist" because she was checking Momo while they were on stage.

TWICE's recent live stream confirmed that Momo is doing well and has recovered from the accident. But fans of the K-pop idol know this isn't her first time getting into an accident.

During her appearance in "Knowing Bros," TWICE Momo revealed that her classmate pushed her against the wall during an encounter and this also resulted in her bleeding out.

Following the incident, Momo's performance in school suffered.

TWICE Breaks Tour Record

TWICE's recent U.S. tour was a huge success. In fact, the K-pop group managed to break records with their "III" North American tour!

Approximately 100,000 ONCEs attended the tour, which is considered massive especially since the entire world is still dealing with COVID-19.
