Jay Park Reveals His Honest Thoughts on Collaborating with IU for New Track 'GANADARA'
On March 11 KST, media outlets published an interview they had with rapper and founder of labels AOMG, H1GHR Music, and MORE VISION, Jay Park, ahead of the release of his latest song "GANADARA," which features IU.
Following the announcement that Jay Park would be collaborating with the Nation's Little Sister, IU, their collaboration "GANADARA" has been receiving a lot of attention from fans of the two artists ahead of its digital release on March 11 at 6pm KST.

"GANADARA" also marks Jay Park's first song release after stepping down as CEO of AOMG and H1GHR Music, and launching his new label MORE VISION recently on March 3.
In addition, this is also Jay Park and IU's first collaboration song together. With that, the rapper was asked more about his collaboration with IU.
Jay Park was asked how the collaboration between the two artists came to be, with him sharing that it was IU who had suggested the collaboration first.

"It was IU who told me first, 'If we get a chance, let's work together in the future.' So we made a song," Jay Park said.
He adds that IU is a very professional artist with a good vocal tone, so they were able to create a perfect collaboration track.
While many have expressed their excitement for the collaboration, many were also surprised as Jay Park does hip-hop music, while IU does R&B and soul.

Regarding the interesting combination, Jay Park said, "Usually, when you think of a combination like the two of us, it would seem difficult to imagine what kind of song would be created by us. It [GANADARA] is a sweet song that makes good use of the vocal tones of IU [and I]."
He added that they both tried to create a song that was perfect so that each of their styles can be harmonized well, and hope that fans will enjoy the song.

Regarding his first music release under MORE VISION, Jay Park expresses his excitement to be able to have fun and meet with fans again with an R&B music, rather than rap.

He also shares his plans for the future under MORE VISION, saying that just like the label's slogan of "More Love, More Laughter, MORE VISION," he wants to create more love, more laughter, and a broader vision to share with people.
"First of all, my future plan is to not only work on an album, but also release songs with great artists. Also, as MORE VISION, we plan to find friends who will write history together [with us] and take over the music market," Jay Park said.
