Where is Former IZ*ONE Member Lee Chaeyeon?
During her time on "Produce 48," Lee Chaeyeon represented WM Entertainment. She remained part of the company's roster during her time in IZ*ONE. She returned as their artist following the girl group's disbandment.

Although it has been nearly a year since IZ*ONE disbandment, Lee Chaeyeon is the only member who has not returned to the K-pop industry as an idol.

Kwon Eunbi, Choi Yena, Kang Hyewon, and Jo Yuri have debuted as soloists. Yabuki Nako, and Honda Hitomi returned to HKT48 and AKB48, respectively. Ahn Yujin and Jang Wonyoung debuted with IVE in December 2021.

Most recently, Miyawaki Sakura, and Kim Chaewon were confirmed as members of Source Music's upcoming girl group.

The only member besides Lee Chaeyeon that is not promoting as an idol is Kim Minju. However, her company has released a statement stating that she is promoting as an actress, and she has a steady flow of activities.
Only Lee Chaeyeon remains a trainee. Her only significant activity since leaving IZ*ONE is her appearance on Mnet's dance survival show, "Street Woman Fighter," in August 2021. She joined as part of the dance crew "WANT." Unfortunately, the crew was eliminated in the sixth episode, placing 7th place overall.

On March 14, 2022, eagle-eyed internet users noticed that Chaeyeon's Instagram bio had changed.

Her bio previously read "From WM Ent" to show which K-pop company she was signed under. However, the idol removed it entirely. As of the time of writing, her bio remains empty.

This has sparked speculation on whether or not Lee Chaeyeon has silently left WM Entertainment. People believe the chances of her leaving are high, since there were relatively no signs that they were preparing for Lee Chaeyeon's re-debut.

There was a speculation that Lee Chaeyeon would debut in a girl group. However, the pre-debut team she was in, WM Ggumnamu, no longer has female trainees. Because of that, the chances of her re-debut have become relatively slim.
