April 2022 K-Pop Comebacks, Debuts to Anticipate: EXO Suho, BIGBANG, IVE, More!
We are now entering the fourth month of the year, which means it is finally the spring season. It also means more comebacks and debuts with new music from our favorite K-Pop stars!
With that being said, here are some of the confirmed K-Pop groups and solo artists who are set to release new music this April 2022. So make sure to mark your calendars!
APRIL 4:
EXO Suho
On April 4, EXO's leader Suho will be returning as a solo artist with the release of his second mini-album called "Grey Suit." This will feature his lead single of the same name.

This will mark Suho's first release following his discharge from his mandatory military service as a public service officer back on February 13 of this year.
This also marks his second album release since his debut, with his last release being his first mini-album "Self Portrait," which was released back on March 30, 2020.

Kwon Eun Bi
Former IZ*ONE member Kwon Eun Bi will also be returning with a new mini-album called "Colors" on April 4. "Colors" will be Kwon Eun Bi's second mini-album release following her debut album, "Open," back on August 24, 2021.
Kim Hye Rim
Kim Hye Rim, who is a former member of groups Limesoda and AQUA, and a former contestant of Mnet's "Girls Planet 999," will be making her solo debut on April 4 with the mini-album "Your World."
ILY:1
ILY:1
FC ENM will be debuting their girl group, ILY:1, on April 4 with their debut single album "Love in Bloom," with a lead single of the same name.
ILY:1 will also feature four contestants from "Girls Planet 999" in its lineup, such as Lee Yunji, Kishida Ririka, Hayase Hana, and Chang Ching.

APRIL 5:
BIGBANG
Legendary K-Pop group BIGBANG will finally be making their highly-awaited comeback for the first time in four years and as a four-member group. On April 5, BIGBANG will drop their new single "Still Life."

This marks their first release since "Flower Road" in 2018, which was released as a goodbye song amid their two-year military service. This is the first time they are promoting as a group since member Seungri's departure from BIGBANG and YG Entertainment in 2019.
IVE
Rookie girl group and rising stars, IVE, is also making their comeback on April 5 with their second single album "Love Dive," which will have a title track of the same name.

This marks IVE's first ever comeback since their debut back in December of 2021, and four months after the release of their single album "Eleven."
APRIL 6:
Red Velvet (Japan)
Red Velvet 'Bloom' teaser
After much delay, Red Velvet is finally dropping their first Japanese studio album, "Bloom," on April 6, with its lead single "Wildside." The album was initially planned for released back on February 2, but was indefinitely postponed due to production issues.
ITZY (Japan)
Another group making a Japanese comeback is ITZY. They will be releasing their first Japanese single "Voltage" on April 6. Their comeback comes four months after the release of their Japanese compilation album "It'z Itzy," and seven months since their Japanese debut.
APRIL 7:
EXO Suho
On April 7, Suho will be releasing the music video for his track "Hurdle," which is also part of his "Grey Suit" album.

GHOST9
Maroo Entertainment's boy group, GHOST9, is making a comeback on April 7 with their sixth mini-album "Arcade: V," which is led by the single "X-Ray." Their upcoming comeback is four months after they released their fifth mini-album "Now: Who We Are Facing" back in November 2021.
APRIL 11:
SHINee Onew
SHINee member Onew will be returning as a solo artist with his second mini-album "Dice" on April 11, with the lead single of the same name.

This marks Onew's first release since his discharge from mandatory military service back on July 8, 2020, and nearly four years since his first mini-album "Voice," in December 2018.
EPEX
EPEX will drop their third mini-album "Prelude of Anxiety Chapter 1. '21st Century Boys'" on April 11 as well. Their last release was back in October 2021 with "Bipolar Pt.2: Prelude of Love."
APRIL 12:
Dreamcatcher
On April 12, Dreamcatcher is making a comeback with their second studio album "Apocalypse: Save Us," featuring the lead single "Maison."
This is Dreamcatcher's first studio album in two years, and comes nearly nine months after the release of their mini-album "Summer Holiday."
DKZ
DKZ, formerly known as DONGKIZ, will be making their comeback for the first time following their rebranding with their sixth single album "CHASE EPISODE 2. MAUM."

This will also mark their first comeback following member Wondae's withdrawal from the group, and the addition of their new members Sehyeon, Giseok, and Mingyu.

APRIL 14:
JUST B
On April 14, the six-member group JUST B will be releasing their second mini-album "Just Begun," with its title track "Re=Load." The groups' last release was back in October 2021 with the single album "Just Beat."
APRIL 19:
Apink
Apink will be releasing a special digital single in commemoration of their 11th anniversary since their debut on April 19. The group recently made their comeback with their studio album "HORN" back in February.
