An Yujin Shares IVE's Primary Rule in Their Dormitory
On the April 6 episode of MBC every 1's variety show "Weekly Idol," all six IVE members appeared as guests to promote their new single album "LOVE DIVE," which came out on the 5th. The girl group also took the time to perform their new title track "LOVE DIVE," and played games together with the MCs, and more.

During the program's "Weekly Idol Wish Center" segment, the new girl group fulfilled some of the fans' wishes.
The first wish is to share to the fans any rules that IVE has in their dormitory. "Weekly Idol'' host Eunhyuk (of Super Junior) commented that this is one of the most common wishes the variety show receives from the fans.

IVE Yujin replied, "In terms of rules for our dorms..."
Jang Wonyoung chimed in, "Bath time." Yujin agreed and continued, "That's right. Bath time."
Yujin explained, "There's a bathtub in the bathroom in the master bedroom. And some members take baths in that. If they turn on the hot water for their bath, the other bathroom suddenly gets cold water."
IVE Wonyoung shared, "It's icy cold." "Weekly Idol" host Hwang Kwang Hee remarked, "It's so annoying when the water turns cold in a shower."

Super Junior Eunhyuk then asked which member had been caught in the cold water before.
IVE Yujin unveiled that Wonyoung often gets caught in it. The latter commented, "I seem to be particularly susceptible to getting caught in it. It surprises me so much."
Eunhyuk gave a follow-up question, "Who particularly likes taking baths?" The girls answered that it's Rei and Gaeul.
The Super Junior member went on to ask, "Do you cut your shower short in those instances?"
IVE Wonyoung shared, "I cut it short and ask if anyone is taking a bath. Then, I'll tell her to hold it off briefly until I'm done showering."

"Does the member who's bathing cut their bath short?" Super Junior Eunhyuk once again asked. Wonyoung responded that her water becomes cold when her bandmate is just getting ready to take a bath.
IVE Yujin later concluded, "That's why we made the rule 'Only take a bath when you're sure nobody else is taking a shower.' It's our main rule."
An Yujin also shared another rule that IVE has in their dorm, and this time, it concerns food.

In other news, IVE has made history with their second single album "LOVE DIVE," which marks their very first comeback since their debut in December of last year.
Released on April 5, "LOVE DIVE" has impressively surpassed 300,000 copies in its first week of release. IVE is the fifth K-pop girl group in history to achieve the mark.

The only other female groups to do so are BLACKPINK, TWICE, IZ*ONE, and Red Velvet.
Notably, IVE's "LOVE DIVE" hit the 300,000 mark in just six days. On the first day of sales, more than 120,000 copies were sold, breaking the record for the third-highest first-day sales by a female artist this 2022, which was initially held by (G)I-DLE's "I NEVER DIE."
