Soon, internet users claimed they saw Kwon Eunbi with Yein and Jimin. It was later confirmed that Yein was also in the United States after sharing photos on her Instagram.

People soon studied the photos the three idols shared, and it was noted that the shape of the clouds was the same in all three images. Though Kwon Eunbi's pictures claim she was there on the 27th, people believe she faked the date because photos from the 27th showed a completely different sky.

Sojang claims Jimin met Kwon Eunbi through his close friend Ha Sungwoon (former Wanna One member) after the latter worked with Kwon Eunbi on the show "Follow Me." Kwon Eunbi then introduced Yein to Jimin, as the two are known to be best friends.
