On May 20, Source Music released a statement announcing that all schedules for the day were canceled.

They will no longer appear on KBS2's "Music Bank" at 3 PM. Additionally, the girl group's video call fan signing event, which was scheduled for 8 PM, was canceled.
The company apologized to the fans waiting to see LE SSERAFIM and asked for the understanding of those selected to attend the pre-recording for "Music Bank."

Source Music plans to hold a video call fan sign event at a different time. The LE SSERAFIM fans selected for the event will be sent additional information soon.

Lastly, the company stated that they would quickly release a statement regarding the allegations against "the LE SSERAFIM member" as soon as they finished their review. The LE SSERAFIM member in question is Kim Garam, who is currently embroiled in school violence allegations.

Their whole statement reads,
"Hello. This is Source Music.
We are making this statement in regards to LE SSERAFIM's schedules for May 20.
LE SSERAFIM will no longer appear on KBS2's "Music Bank" at 3 PM or participate in the initially scheduled video call fan signing event at 8 PM.
We sincerely apologize to those waiting to see LE SSERAFIM.
We ask for the understanding of those who were selected to attend the pre-recording for "Music Bank."
We plan to hold the video call fan sign event at a different time. We will provide those who were selected for the event with additional information soon.
Finally, we will swiftly release our statement concerning the allegations against the LE SSERAFIM member as soon as we have finished our investigation.

Updates on LE SSERAFIM Kim Garam's School Violence Allegations
On May 18, a document that appeared to be an official record from a school violence committee circulated online. The document shows a notice of punitive measures against the bully in the situation, who was named Kim Garam.

On May 19, the legal representative of the bullying victim, A, released a statement stating the document was real, and Kim Garam was found guilty of school violence in 2018.
The statement claims that A has been bullied online by Kim Garam's friends and strangers ever since HYBE denied the allegations and stated Kim Garam was the victim of bullying.

A became suicidal and dropped out of high school. The law firm accused HYBE of pushing the victim through the second round of harm and stated the company did not respond to them concerning the matter.
The law firm is demanding HYBE apologize and retract their statement about Kim Garam being the bully victim. A is not looking for financial compensation but wants the truth revealed, and her name cleared. If HYBE does not comply, they will disclose the complete records from the school violence committee and the malicious messages Kim Garam sent the victim.

On May 19, HYBE released a statement saying the law firm's account was one-sided. They will release another statement after examining the claims.
