On May 27, LE SSERAFIM appeared on KBS 2TV's "Music Bank."
LE SSERAFIM performed their debut song, "FEARLESS," and perfectly executed the song's powerful choreography. As Kim Garam is currently on hiatus, Huh Yunjin took over the song's intro part.

Sakura, Hong Eunchae, and Kim Chaewon also covered Kim Garam's song parts.
What drew attention to this "FEARLESS" performance was the fact all the members sang live. The members' breathing while dancing could be heard clearly. Additionally, friction sounds could be heard every time they swung their arms to dance.

HYBE Corporation and Source Music issued a joint statement on May 20, 2022, regarding the escalating bullying allegations against member Kim Garam. They announced that Kim Garam would take a hiatus due to the pending investigations and that Le Sserafim would temporarily promote as a five-member group.

On May 2, LE SSERAFIM officially debuted with their debut extended play, "FEARLESS," and a lead single of the same name. Pre-orders for "FEARLESS" surpassed 270,000 copies in the first seven days and sold 380,000 copies in sixteen days.
