During the interview, Chuu stated that being cute is not an act for her. She thinks that she is cute, but not the same way people think. She says, "It would be a lie to say I do not think I am cute. But for me, my cuteness is not 'Aww, that is so cute!' but more, 'Haha, that is funny. It is kinda cute."
She states she has never tried to be cute but tries to be funny instead.

The "Butterfly" songstress states that if you do not naturally have a bright personality, then the cute act will not last long. "People who pretend to be like this will have a hard time," she states.
Though she is known for her natural cuteness, Chuu reveals she wants to be known for more than just that. While she is on stage, Chuu tries hard to match LOONA's powerful and charismatic stage. She reveals that she thought she was sexy, cool, and powerful when performing.

However, despite her attempts to show off her charisma, Chuu is often told that she is still cute. She reveals that this makes her upset, saying, "But honestly, whenever that happens, when people tell that I was cute up there on stage, it really makes me upset."
"I want to be charismatic when I perform. I like being cute, but I also think I am really cool," she adds, stressing her will to show off a charismatic image. The female idol wants to look just as cool as she is cute when on stage.

As mentioned, she wants to match LOONA's concept. Chuu continues to stress this throughout the interview, saying, "LOONA has a really powerful, girl-crush concept. It is hip and a very strong concept."
Because she wants to match this concept, Chuu revealed that she tries to think of things that make her angry. She believes this will help her find the perfect facial expression. However, this is not always easy, saying, "The hardest thing at times like this is thinking, 'What should I be angry about?' You have to look strong with the eyes, but..."

On June 3, Blockberry Creative announced that Chuu would not participate in LOONA's first world tour, "LOONATHEWORLD."
