Global Fandom Platform 'Universe' Fully Renewed, Service Starts Today (15th)

A new level of global fandom platform "UNIVERSE," which performs various online and offline fandom activities, will be renewed.

NCsoft Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Taek-jin, NC Co., Ltd.) and Klopp Klopp Co., Ltd. (Clap Co., Ltd.) will start a new service with enhanced user convenience through a full renewal today (15th). Subsequently, the UNI-KON will be held for two days from July 2nd to 3rd.

In addition, Universe significantly improved UI (User Interface) and User Experience (UX) through user data analysis since its first release in January 2021, as well as advanced core functions, as well as reduced overall app capacity and improved speed.

The renewed Universe consists of a total of four tabs: ▲ Home ▲ Discovery ▲ Message ▲ My. The user can select the desired function more intuitively and conveniently. On the "Home" and "Discover" tabs, posts written by artists and the latest news are updated in real time. On the "Message" tab, you can check the "Private Message" in which users and artists talk. It is easily accessible because it is separated by the main tab. A new "My" tab has also been added, which allows users to check their entire activity history at a glance, such as purchase history and content viewing history.

In addition, Universe released the "2022 UNI-KON" The unicorn, which marks its second anniversary this year, is a joint concert with Universe artists. This year, it will be held offline for two days from July 2 to 3 at SK Olympic Handball Stadium in Seoul Olympic Park. Last year, 2.6 million people from 164 countries participated in the unicorn held online.

Universe will hold various events to commemorate the service update. ▲ users can experience "three private messages" for free for a month from the 15th. ▲ Popular "Universe Original" contents such as music sources, pictorials, radios, and entertainment will also be newly introduced.
