BTS Jungkook, SNSD Taeyeon Hailed as 'K-pop Best Visual' in First Half of 2022
In a survey, titled "2022 K-pop Best Visual," which was held for ten days from June 10, BTS Jungkook and Girls' Generation Taeyeon secured top spots in the men and women's category, respectively.
The survey was organized by global fandom platform Fantoo, and aims to crown the idol with the best visuals that stand out best among the crowd. It nominated 150 visual idols representing the group. But after a fierce battle, these K-pop stars proved their respective fandoms' unity and firepower.

In the men's category, BTS Jungkook was crowned as the most handsome K-pop idol with 27.%6 of the votes.
Jungkook makes fans' hearts flutter by showcasing his "duality" on and off the stage. When he's on stage, the singer flaunts his strong, masculine presence. But off stage, he shows a youthful attitude, full of freshness.
Meanwhile, Girls' Generation Taeyeon dominated the women's category with a slight difference of 0.2 percent of the votes from second place.
The second-gen idol is lauded for her youthful beauty and "Born to Be Idol" aura. She captivates global fans by showing off her magnificent vocals and colorful concept every release. She also stands out for her flawless skin.
Top 3 K-pop's Best Visual in Male, Female Category: aespa Karina, ASTRO Eun Woo, More
The "Best Visual" male artist category also amassed attention as the Golden "97 Line" BTS Jungkook, ASTRO Cha Eun Woo and NCT Jaehyun occupy the TOP 3.
Idol-actor Eun Woo is admired for his pure yet manly beauty, earning him the moniker "Face Genius."
Meanwhile, NCT Jaehyun is lauded for his sexy but bright visuals that made him known in school even before his debut.
For the female category, aespa Karina trailed behind her senior Girls' Generation Taeyeon and ranked second. Karina is considered as today's most beautiful fourth-gen female star for her CG-like glow.
Rosé placed thired with 10.3% of the vote. Although she is not BLACKPINK's main visuals, Rosé made various luxury brands fall in love with her elegant look. She is also praised for her flawless visuals and svelte figure.
Meanwhile, a congratulatory video for the first placers will be sent through the Megabox COEX store's large signature electronic display until July 6.
The ad will contain the solo track "Euphoria" where you can enjoy BTS Jungkook's fresh visuals, and Taeyeon's "INVU," reminiscent of a mythical goddess.
The overwhelming beauty of the artists who ranked second and third can also be found on the Seoul Marina electronic display.
