Some fans also doubted Jin's appearance at the event as he was difficult to spot among the crowd. One TikTok video shows the BTS members mingling with other guests and having fun on the dance floor- and Jin was not one of them.

After J-Hope's "Jack in the Box" listening party ended, Jin took to Weverse to communicate with some fans. He replied to a fan's post where the fan offered to clean at the event to score an invite. In his reply, he confirmed he was also there and revealed why finding him at the party was hard.

In response to his message, one fan expressed disbelief that Jin would be just in the corner of a party reading a webtoon, but the BTS member assured them it was true. He explained that he only knew Bang PD (Bang Si Hyuk) and Pdogg, so he was "hiding."
