ATEEZ's First Day Sales Figure With "THE WORLD EP 1: MOVEMENT" Is Their Highest to Date
On July 29 at 1 p.m. KST, ATEEZ dropped their new mini-album "THE WORLD EP.1: MOVEMENT," alongside the title track's music video. This album marks the band's first comeback this year and their first music release in seven months since "ZERO: FEVER EPILOGUE" was released in December last year.

At 5:10 p.m. KST on the same day, ATEEZ's album sales for their 2022 album already exceeded 140,000 copies, a total of 149,168 copies, to be exact. The total copies went up to 176,043 one hour later.

At the end of the 29th, ATEEZ's first day sales with "THE WORLD EP.1: MOVEMENT" reached 270,720 copies- becoming the group's first album to sell 200,000 copies on the first day.

On top of this, "THE WORLD EP.1: MOVEMENT" has overtaken the group's eighth mini-album "ZERO: FEVER EPILOGUE" as their new personal best first-day sales record. "ZERO: FEVER EPILOGUE" only sold 178,928 copies on Dec. 10, 2021.
Furthermore, ATEEZ's new album has landed on the No. 44 spot on the top 100 list of highest first-day sales on Hanteo in history. It surpassed EXO's "OBSESSION," which only sold 269,801 copies in 2019.

Before its official release, ATEEZ's "THE WORLD EP.1: MOVEMENT" showed immense popularity by recording more than 1.1 million stock pre-orders. This figure marks the boy group's highest number of stock pre-orders and makes "THE WORLD EP.1: MOVEMENT" the band's first album to exceed one million stock pre-orders. (Their previous personal record, set by their 2021 mini-album "ZERO: FEVER Part.3," was more than 810,000.)
Meanwhile, ATEEZ's new album and title song appeared on various iTunes charts shortly after its release.

"THE WORLD EP.1: MOVEMENT" debuted at No. 2 on the Worldwide iTunes Album Chart and the European iTunes Album Chart. It also hit No. 70 on the iTunes Album Chart in the United States and peaked at No 6.
The title song, "Guerilla," entered at No. 2 on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart, while it ranked seventh on the European iTunes Song Chart.

ATEEZ to Embark on New World Tour This 2022
In other news, ATEEZ is gearing up for a brand-new world tour this 2022, called "THE FELLOWSHIP: BREAK THE WALL." The group will kick things off with a two-night Seoul show on October 29 and 30, followed by concerts in the United States and Canada.

The group will hold concerts in Anaheim on November 7 and 8, Phoenix on November 10, Dallas/Fort Worth on November 16, Chicago on November 19, Atlanta on November 22, and Newark on November 27 and 28. They will then head to Canada for a show in Toronto on Dec. 2
ATEEZ's 2022 world tour will wrap up in Japan with two nights of concerts in Chiba on Dec. 11 and 12.
