A Twitter user posted a photo of the WINNER main vocalist with YG Entertainment actress Moon Ji Hyo as they walk hand in hand in matching outfits.

The caption says, "telling the story of how I came out for a walk and spotted my bias on a date...^^"

They were exactly in the Hapjeong area in Mapo-gu, where the YG Entertainment building is located. It is most likely that the two were in the YG Entertainment building before just going to the building.

Moon Ji Hyo was in the music video of WINNER Kang Seungyoon's solo song "Born To Love You." Because of that, many fans speculate that he chose the actress to star in his music video because they have been dating prior to the release. Some even go as far as saying that it was written for Moon Ji Hyo.

Moon Ji Hyo, who is known from MNET's show "High School Rapper," was born in 2000. She is six years younger than WINNER Kang Seungyoon.

Following the reports, Seungyoon began trending on Twitter, with fans congratulating him. Some also expressed their joy for the idol as he has someone to treasure now after 10 years of hard work. One Twitter user wrote:

Meanwhile, non-fans have different reactions. They think that it is brave of him to "date" in broad daylight, even holding hands and wearing couple outfits.
