BTS Jimin Once Again Claims Spot as No. 1 Most Popular Boy Group Member in August 2022

Once again claiming the top spot for his 43rd non-consecutive month as the number one most popular boy group member for this month is BTS member Jimin!

According to the Korean Business Research Institute, Jimin snags No. 1 after garnering a total brand reputation index of 6,009,493 for the month of August. This includes a participation index of 731,799, a media index of 693,925, a communication index of 2,485,369, and a community index of 2,098,400.

The "Bad Decisions" singer's brand reputation index for this month fell by 1.97 percent, as compared to his index of 6,130,231 back in July.

As for Jimin's related terms, his highest-ranking terms include "release," "collaborate," and "compose." While his highest-ranking for keyword analysis are "Bad Decisions," "ARMY," and "Jimin effect."

For his positive-negative ratio, the BTS member has a positive ratio analyzed to be 87.50 percent.

ASTRO Cha Eun Woo and BTS Jungkook are in the Top 3 Most Popular Boy Group Members in August 2022

Following behind Jimin and rising the ranks to become the second most popular male idol for August is ASTRO member Cha Eun Woo!

In August, Cha Eun Woo's brand reputation index totals 4,934,171, along with a participation index of 1,338,445, a media index of 704,227, a communication index of 1,243,342, and a community index of 1,648,157.

Compared to his brand reputation index of 4,185,536 in July, his index marked a 17.89 percent increase this month.

And lastly, rising mainting his spot as the third most popular boy group member is BTS' youngest member, Jungkook.

According to the Korean Business Research Institute, Jungkook's brand reputation index amounts to 4,620,074, with a participation index of 311,797, a media index of 295,593, a communication index of 2,665,682, and a community index of 1,347,003.

Jungkook's index rose by 6.90 percent compared to his brand reputation index of 4,321,998 in July.
